Since becoming owned by radio and TV celeb Chris Evans, this former boozer by the A283 (near Chiddingfold) has been re-named The Mulberry and a contemporary makeover to bring it right up to date. Some of its eighteenth-century beams and other original features have been retained, and they blend seamlessly with leather sofas and polished wood floors.
