Mya Lacarte, this oddly named eatery was the brainchild of Matthew and Yasmina Siadatan - tele-addicts may recall she won The Apprentice in 2009. Following her success she went off to work for Lord Alan and left brother Matt to run the show in Caversham.

It doesn't seem to have made much of a difference, since the place is moving along nicely and ticks all the fashionable boxes when it comes to seasonal sourcing, food miles, recycling and green credibility.
