Neuadd Lwyd Country House Review

Set against a perfect background of Anglesey's hills and farmland, Nueadd Lwyd was for many years home to the rector of the ancient church dedicated to Saint Gredifael. Of late, the Victorian grey-stone building has been acquired by Susannah and Peter Woods, who have transformed it into a bijou, upmarket restaurant-with-rooms full of beautiful furnishings and lovely personal touches.

Susannah cut her culinary teeth at the world-famous Ballymaloe Cookery School, and her food driven by all the right moves.
