New Hall Hotel & Spa, Bridge Restaurant Review

Dating from the twelfth century and once the Earl of Warwick's shooting lodge, New Hall is reputedly the oldest-surviving moated manor house in England. It certainly looks magnificent from the outside, with its tall crenellated tower, mullioned windows and terraced gardens laid out during the seventeenth century. The interior is also jaw-droppingly antique and it's awash with carved oak, stained glass and antiques.

Dining in the formal Bridge Restaurant is a very elegant affair with its lovely stained glass windows and well laid tables.
