Nobu Berkeley St Review

This addition to Nobu's presence in London is a palatial Mayfair address spread over two floors, with a luxurious cocktail lounge at ground level and the restaurant above. As you might expect, the interior is style incarnate courtesy of David Collins, who's given the dining room a warm feel with clever lighting and a canvas embroidered with shades of green velvet along one wall.

The controversial 'no bookings' policy (lifted from Nobu Next Door in New York) didn't last and the restaurant now operates on normal terms (although you can expect a strictly enforced time limit on tables in the evenings).
