North Bridge Brasserie Review

Dramatically located in the grand marble reception hall of the old Scotsman newspaper building (now one of the city's stylish hotels), the North Bridge Brasserie offers a casual and funky alternative to the food in the prestigious Vermilion restaurant. Tables are dotted in window alcoves and a huge steel staircase leads up to extra space on the mezzanine floor – which has jaw-dropping views of the hotel's interior.
