Paul and Sarah Minett's cosy Victorian town house feels just like home, with its charming décor and friendly atmosphere away from the bustle of the town.
It's a place that knows its local produce, buying in excellent supplies of beef, lamb, cheese, sausages and much more for regularly changing menus that have a touch of class.
To start there might be a trio of salmon consisting of smoked salmon, beetroot infused fresh salmon and a smoked salmon mousse layer served with a basil dressing, before slow braised lamb rump on minted mash, swede cubes and braising juices.
