At first glance Nuovi Sapori might look like a café, but don't be fooled as this welcome newcomer tucked away in a quiet Fulham backwater is reckoned by some to be 'the best Italian for miles'. It's happily frequented by locals as well as out-of-towners who appreciate the owners' ebullient style and the skilfully crafted food.

The restaurant's name translates as 'new tastes' and the kitchen impresses with its distinctive take on the great trattoria classics from bresaola to saltimbocca all romana.
