The Old Butcher's Restaurant Review

Peter and Louise Robinson used to the run The Kings Arms in prosperous Stow, but moved down the road in 2006 to new premises in a one-time butcher's shop. Despite the name, they see the place as an informal 'dining room' rather than a dressed-up restaurant, and they are happy serve afternoon teas as well as drinks at the bar (no English real ales, but some fine bottled Belgian beers make amends if you need liquid refreshment).

The carnivorous connection has been followed through and Peter now owns a small herd of Gloucester Old Spot pigs, which are slaughtered and butchered locally.
