Originally built on the site of a farmhouse in the 18th Century, The Old Fire Engine House was converted in 1968 to offer traditional English food from local producers.

The old stone building still offers a quaint retreat for diners who appreciate freshly cooked meals using, wherever possible, locally sourced fish, game, meat, and vegetables.
