A stone's throw from Gairloch's little fishing harbour, at the foot of the enchanting Flowerdale Valley, the Old Inn can trace its history back more than 200 years. Needless to say, the views and the setting are regular talking points.
Scottish seafood naturally takes centre stage on the menu, with cold shellfish platters, grilled langoustines, squat lobsters and mussels lining up alongside ceviche of scallops with orange, grapefruit and red pepper coulis or steamed turbot on Greek salad with prawn-stuffed courgette and red pesto dressing.
