The first Olivo to be opened back in November 1997, Olivo Guildford is set in a building believed to be a late Elizabethan timber-framed house, dating back to the early 1660s. The current Restaurant Manager is Mr. Paolo Ditale, whose passion for food, service and detail has inspired an amazing menu and a superb style of service.
Olivo's cuisine is based on three basic principles: Traditional Italian methods, modern interpretation and the use of quality raw ingredients.
