Restaurateur Mauro Sanna has built up a cult following in Belgravia over the years, thanks to the success of Olivo and its little sister Olivetto. Now he is wooing his wealthy devotees and others with Olivomare - a highly desirable hangout that has already reeled in many of his fans.
As the name suggests, this restaurant is all about seafood, and it creates a cool (almost stark) impression with its brilliant white ceilings and furniture; colourful relief is provided by a vast patterned mural composed of geometric fish-like shapes.
Both chefs hail from Sardinia and the food has a strong regional footprint.
