The husband and wife team, Simon and Sanja Morris-Mullins behind the successful Salt Yard and Dehesa tapas bar and restaurants have opened up a third venture called Opera Tavern, located in the heart of theatreland opposite the Drury Lane Theatre. The building dating back to 1879 has been given a major refit with the ground floor retaining its ornate bar and theatrical windows, great for people watching, as well as a few tables ideal for a drink or snack.
