The warm, welcoming Parkland Hotel in the 'Fair City' of Perth' was once the home of the Lord Provost, but has been sympathetically extended over the years. At its heart is Acanthus – a light, spacious and airy restaurant serving accomplished modern food.

The kitchen draws the best out of the local larder as in a velouté of Perthshire ceps drizzled with truffle oil or roast rack of local lamb and kidney with roast parsnips, Pommery mustard sauce, McSween haggis and potato pavé.
