The dramatic dome of St Paul's provides a patriotic backdrop for the Paternoster Chop House which tries to conjure up some of the atmosphere of pre-war Paternoster Square. The menu has a home-grown feel, and seasonality is the name of the game. Native ingredients are carefully sourced from artisan producers, fisheries, farmers and markets across the country, and the results are endlessly appetising.
