'Lounging at Patrick's with Rooms' is the name of the game at this expanded premises on Mumbles Road, opened by Patrick Walsh and co in 1993. Guests can now chill out in the colonial-style bar before progressing to the main restaurant.

Patrick and one partner head the kitchen, the other two oversee proceedings out front.
