Kent Master Chef Richard Phillips joins the vibrant Whitstable restaurant scene with his latest venture at The Pearson's Arms, still retaining its local pub atmosphere, the dining experience is simply called The Pearson's Arms by Richard Phillips. It's all one could expect from a pub serving good real ales, fine wine and food prepared from locally sourced produce.
Expect locally cured hams served with rocket and Kentish rape seed oil or potted brown shrimps on the starters menu.
