Pierre Chevillard made his name and earned his stars in the grand country-house world of Chewton Glen, but in 2004 he made tracks and headed for Barton on Sea and the relaxed atmosphere of Pebble Beach. This converted pub-with-rooms makes the most of its stunning beachside location, with a terrace providing stunning views towards the Isle of Wight.
