Hidden away down a quite lane on the fringes of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this beautiful Georgian Manor makes the most of its fine views and stunning grounds by the banks of the River Usk. It combines the virtues of an elegant country retreat with a spa and leisure suite, although its reputation really rests with its food.

The owners' hill farm at Glaisfer Uchaf near the village of Llangynidr provides much of the produce for the kitchen - that's 'less than seven miles from farm to plate'.
