Pho Review

The second branch of Juliette Nelson and Stephen Wall's highly successful Vietnamese café-cum-takeaway is in the heart of Fitzrovia, just a stroll from Oxford Circus. Like its elder brother, it's a showcase for Vietnam's iconic national dish.

Pho (pronounced 'fur') is an almost embarrassingly healthy brew, consisting of flat rice noodles in long-cooked hearty stock, jazzed up with spices, then embellished with all manner of toppings and great bunches of fresh green coriander and other herbs.
