Deep-fried pigs' ears with ravigote sauce is top of the bill in this Chelsea gastro pub, which has created quite a stir since it came on the scene. On the ground floor is the traditional, all-comers bar, upstairs is a cosy wood-panelled Blue Room filled with mirrors and odd paraphernalia.
