After a ten-year stint (and numerous plaudits) at the Old Bridge Hotel, Huntingdon, Martin Lee recently moved south to this delightful old tavern in rural Bedfordshire.
The pub can trace its origins back to medieval times, but there's nothing antiquated about the food on offer. Martin Lee has a sure instinct for local produce and has built up a reliable network of trusted producers around the region.
