Located a few miles south of Tonbridge, off the A26, the highly-popular Poacher in Tudeley has undergone a major transformation of late, and now proudly boasts the latest in cosmopolitan, contemporary design, complete with a highly desirable fine-weather patio and a renewed emphasis on top-quality food and wine.

Expect a wide-ranging menu that roams around for stir-fried squid with noodle and sesame seed salad, herb-crusted swordfish with pesto mash, beef Stroganoff and loin of wild boar with roasted pears and parsnips, with useful back-up provided by old favourites like fish and chips, a 'pie of the week', and local sausages with mustard mash.
