The Pony & Trap is a lovely 200 year old country gastro-pub in a stunning location, overlooking the Somerset hills within the beautiful Chew Valley. It is owned by young chef Josh Eggleton, a former Gordon Ramsay scholar whose mentor must be very proud of him, as he was awarded a Michelin star in the 2011 prestigious Guide.
