The Portal Restaurant and Bar takes its name from the renowned Quinta do Portal in northern Portugal, this Clerkenwell restaurant is the brainchild of veteran restaurateur Antonio Correia. The bar area at the front is ideal and a great favourite for a relaxing glass of sherry or Fontaria Branca house wine; it's also perfect if you fancy grazing on some 'petiscos' (Portuguese tapas) such as clams with piri-piri, chorizo dough balls, octopus and coriander salad, and so on.

The main airy dining room sets the scene for chef, Jeronimo Abreu's Portuguese cuisine reflecting an inventive and classic style.
