The award winning restaurant at Prince Hall Hotel offers a daily changing five-course dinner menu which combines the best of classic with new trends and incorporates as much local produce as possible including, Dartmoor venison and lamb, fish from Brixham, wild salmon and trout from the River Dart, and herbs from the garden, as well as locally produced seasonal vegetables and soft fruits.
The cheeseboard is compiled solely of local cheeses and even the wine list features locally produced wines.
Stay for breakfast and sample the local free-range eggs, bacon and sausages, specially prepared black and hog's puddings and naturally smoked kippers and haddock.
