A new venture from the team behind the highly successful WestBeach on Bournemouth seafront, this glamorous mix of brasserie, café and charcuterie bar occupies the ground floor of the Seal & Hardy building (once home to the Bournemouth Daily Echo). The original print room has been transformed into a re-invented 1930s hangout, complete with a mirror-backed bar, Swarovski chandeliers and a black-and-white chequered floor.
Crustacea, charcuterie and grills are supplemented by salads, omelettes, pasta and pots of caviar (for those with £70 to dispose of!).
