Prism Restaurant & Bar is the City restaurant outpost of Harvey Nichols's occupying the former London home of the Bank of New York on Leadenhall Street, a cavernous hall complete with massive Corinthian columns. Here is a restaurant that deals in the likes of crab and mango salad with coriander, roast cod and bread-and-butter pudding.

In the bowels of the basement – in stark contrast – is the bar, complete with its fashionably sleek red sofas.
