An open-to-view, glass-fronted kitchen allows guests to watch the chefs beavering away at Quadrato, a chic, contemporary restaurant attached to the high-flying Four Seasons Hotel which also boasts a spectacular riverfront setting.

Seasonal menus and weekly specials with a strong North Italian accent are the order of the day. Typically, expect Burrata Mozzarella with Inca tomatoes and gazpacho sauce, followed by homemade pasta in the shape of - say - sea bass and courgette ravioli with lobster bisque and smoked Ricotta.
