Raemoir House Hotel Review

A sense of grand old-fashioned style pervades this romantic, early-Victorian mansion set in a vast 3,500-acre estate, with expanses of lawn used for open-air concerts and a restored sixteenth-century 'ha house' (hall house) converted into an annexe. The main restaurant now occupies what was the lounge – a majestic wood-panelled room at the end of the main corridor, with tapestry-lined walls, curved doors and a blazing fire.
