Mrs Perveen Khan started out teaching Indian cookery to students at Harrogate College, but these days she applies her skills and knowledge in the kitchen of this well respected restaurant. This place is a real family affair, with Perveen's son Shaan also at the stoves and his two brothers out front.
As you might expect, the food has evolved from genuine home cooking and it now encompasses specialities from Rajasthan, Goa, Mumbai and Delhi plus some original 'fusion' ideas.
