To commemorate the 450th anniversary of the Sprowston Manor House, the staff at this Marriott Hotel and Country Club thought it appropriate to name the newly renovated restaurant and bar after the year in which the original manor was founded, 1559. The aim of the restaurant team is to serve imaginative dishes of a first class quality, all created by Executive Head Chef Andrew Barras, and complemented by a superb selection of wines from the globe's leading vineyards, expertly delivered to your table by the experienced, friendly and attentive waiting staff.
