Michelin-starred chef Tristan Mason (formerly of Orrery and the Hare Restaurant in Lambourn) moved south to open his own restaurant in Horsham and the charming sixteenth-century premises, formerly occupied Stan's Way House Restaurant, has become one of the hot tickets in West Sussex.

The endearing first-floor dining room is dominated by a lovely old beamed ceiling and the whole place is a showcase for Mason's sharp modern British cooking with French and Mediterranean influences.
