The oldest cinema in the country, up-dated for sound and comfort, is just part of the deal at this success story overlooking Woodbridge Quayside. There's also a restaurant offering a great deal more than the usual entertainment clichés.
How about ceviche of scallops and smoked haddock with spiced carrot salad or tea-smoked quail with green beans à la grecque as a curtain raiser, before pot-roast shoulder of lamb with tagine spices and fondant potato or fillet of wild halibut, mussel and Champagne broth and caviar tagliatelle? After that, you could close the show with spotted dick, custard and apple jam or espresso and white chocolate parfait.
