Michelin starred Chef Mark Sargeant's Rocksalt Restaurant & Bar in Folkestone is a truly spectacular new building in a glorious waterside location with panoramic harbour views looking across the English Channel towards France, and Folkestone's quaint harbourside houses and fish market as the backdrop. With his gilt-edged CV which includes Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's and National Chef of the Year, this is Sargent's first solo restaurant project and his ambition is to help turn Folkestone into the next Padstow.
