The Rosendale in Dulwich is under the new ownership of the Renaissance group who already own three pubs in Clapham, The Avalon, The Stonhouse and The Abbeville, The Bolingbroke in Battersea as well as The Tommyfield in Kennington. They are owned by three South London friends, Nick Fox, Mark Reynolds and Tom Peake who opened their first pub in 2002 and now their successes have been awarded with the Best Multiple Operator 2011 by the Publican.
