Roussillon an elegant, intimate French restaurant in Belgravia has new chef Shane Hughes manning the stoves. Hughes has worked at many illustrious restaurants, but most recently was heading the kitchens of Ynyshir Hall in Wales, where his cooking was awarded a Michelin star in the 2011 guide. The old favourites ride alongside new additions to the menu which still consists of a creative blend of modern French cooking styles and the very best British seasonal ingredients.
Black truffle risotto might be followed by beef and lobster, spiced beef shin tortellini, Cardigan Bay lobster, young vegetables and truffle emulsion.
