Ye Olde Salutation Inn Review

This beautifully preserved 500-year-old inn combines a former cider house and an adjoining cottage and it's Herefordshire through and through. Parts of the classic half-timbered frontage remain and the interior still breathes history with its sloping floors, tiny doorways, heavy beams and inglenook fireplaces.

It's been said that the Salutation 'threatens to give the gastropub movement a good name,' and visitors can sample excellent food in the atmospheric lounge bar.
