Luke's Dining Room, Sanctum On The Green Review

Following a serious makeover, Sanctum On The Green, a genteel country inn re-opened as a stylish boutique hotel and restaurant set in manicured lawns overlooking Cookham village green. Owners Gary Hollihead and Mark Fuller (who also run the Embassy and Geales fish restaurant in London) have given the place a mainline injection of metropolitan fizz tinged with rustic gentility.

Sanctum On The Green is now home to a new restaurant called Luke's Dining Room headed by young chef Luke Thomas, a former Springboard FutureChef 2009 Award winner.
