Reputedly a favourite with Princes William and Harry, this Fulham gastropub summons up all the rustic charm of a country boozer with its farmhouse tables, real ales, British food and contented dogs by the warming fire.
Loaves of freshly baked bread are piled on the bar, and you can snack your way through Scotch eggs, Welsh rarebit 'soldiers', jellied eels and plates of smoked sprats with your chosen tipple.
