The Shaw Hill Hotel is an imposing, three floor Georgian country house cradled within a magnificent rural setting with its own 18-hole golf course. The interior retains the mansion's period character and the award-winning restaurant, Vardon's, is tastefully decorated and commands impressive views over the golf course.

Chef Paul Robinson combines the finest local produce with a blend of continental influences: traditional English dishes may feature on the menu alongside dishes that incline towards Provence, Italy and further afield for inspiration.
