Russell and Eléna Brown's proud boast is that they are now 'the smallest restaurant with 3 AA rosettes' – a remarkable feat given that they operate on such as modest, almost domestic scale. Sienna – a converted shop in the centre of Dorchester – has a nice feel, with warm 'sun-touched' colours, bright flower arrangements and modern art on the walls.
