Sleep Station Hotel Review

'Food' and 'Sleep' are the twin themes of this enterprising venture adjacent to Hamilton Square station. It's a combination of a bistro and brasserie, plus an organic bakery, food store and luxurious accommodation (the penthouse suite has spectacular views of Liverpool Bay).

At lunchtime, the kitchen plays it simple, but puts on its glad rags in the evening, when the menu might feature terrine of foie gras with lentils and sweet potato or confit of duck salad before corn-fed chicken with chorizo or roast monkfish with salsa verde and provençale potatoes.
