Splinters Restaurant is an intimate, romantic dining experience found on the cobbled street leading to Christchurch Priory. It comprises of several eating areas, some with separate booths, all candle lit for that special ambience. There is also a small area for alfresco dinning at lunch time.

The UK Restaurant Guide found Splinter's relaxed and friendly service and international cuisine added up to a first class dining experience.

Two courses from the a la carte menu costs £28.95 and includes dishes such as Supreme of Corn-fed Chicken with crispy Parma Ham and Chasseur Sauce, or Fillet of Sea bass with Crab Mash and Watercress Cream.
