A long-serving fixture of the Norwich dining scene, St Benedict's recently emerged from a summertime makeover, with new shades of green, banquette seating and big windows overlooking the action on one of the city's main thoroughfares.

Chef Stuart Duffield was recruited from Tom Aikens' Michelin-starred kitchen in Chelsea, and he is making his mark with some impressive contemporary cooking.
