There cannot be many hotels that can claim the Prince of Wales as their landlord, but this gem on the Scilly Isles is one of them. St Martin's on the Isle comprises a cluster of sensitively designed granite cottages, which blend in seamlessly with the glorious local landscape. The sunsets are spectacular round here, and visitors can also enjoy stunning views over to the wild uninhabited island of Teän (which gives the restaurant its name).
