Les and Vanessa Scott's immaculately maintained, Palladian-style villa is not only an exemplary hotel, it also boasts impeccable 'eco' credentials. The whole place is run on environmentally friendly lines, from the design of the rooms, heating and re-cycling to the food.

Vivid artwork and sculptures add a flourish to the dining room, which is attractively decorated in natural colours.
