Escape from the incessant rain, put your umbrella away and relax in the comfortable surroundings of the ironically named Sun Cafe. Lancaster's Sun Cafe is an undiscovered gem that is popular with those 'in the know', and well worth a visit if you haven't yet experienced it.

Housed in a charming Lancastrian stone building next to an art gallery, do not be duped by the period exterior, this is not a National Trust tea room.
