Brazil is home to the largest Japanese immigrant community in the world, and Sushinho an exotically named Chelsea newcomer aims to celebrate that diversity. Forget chic minimalism or conveyor belts, Sushinho sets out its stall in a sultry, hip setting of luxurious warm tones and vibrant colours.

The kitchen delivers a host of sushi variants, sashimi and fusion ideas such as sweet potato gyoza dumplings with shiitake, oyster mushrooms and shaved truffle or Wagyu beef with wasabi mash and romesco sauce.
